Qualifications
- Minimum credit score of 720
- Maximum loan to value of 65% for total combined:
- Bare land
- Permanent plantings and irrigation
- Dwellings up to $750,000
- Improvements, not to exceed 25% of total appraised value
- Farm land loan size between $75,000 and $3 million
- Minimum of 100 acres
- Highest and best use agricultural land
